We acknowledge the magnitude of the impact of modern agriculture in our global ecosystem. We believe in and put our efforts towards fostering a local and regenerative food system, that can positively impact our environment by enriching the soil, increasing biodiversity, recovering food waste, and utilizing it as a potent resource.

Regenerative practices

At Rosebud’s site, you will find demonstrations of various regenerative practices, such as:

  • Use of compost and recovering food waste

  • Organic fertilizer from biodigesters and recovering food waste

  • Food Forests

  • Lasagna garden: soil enrichment by layering

  • Permaculture
